The local chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers, NAPO-Chicago, is offering you an exciting opportunity to join us as a sponsor for a worthwhile community event, NAPO-Chicago’s 3rd annual “De-clutter Drive Thru” Donation, Recycle, and Shred Event.
The De-Clutter Drive Thru provides an opportunity for the public to drop off one carload of items to be donated, shred, and recycled free of charge. This year the event is scheduled on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015 at 10am-2pm at the MB Financial Bank parking lot at Irving Park/Damen/Lincoln.
In addition to providing an opportunity for the community to dispose of their unwanted items, the De-clutter Drive Thru informs the public about Professional Organizers in the Chicago area and the organizing profession in general. Any local or national business can join this event to promote their company or product via a monetary contribution or donation for our event day drawing.
NAPO-Chicago needs your help. Sponsorships provide a variety of support, services and products crucial to the success of this "green" event. In return, NAPO-Chicago offers a number of different sponsorship levels. Register to be a sponsor or (e)mail us your donation with a completed Sponsorship Reporting Form.
We promote our sponsors in a variety of ways including pre-event promotions and provision of sponsors' information to all event participants.
Our promotional plans provide exposure via:
- Media presence through a local television and/or radio station
- Social media channels
- Listing in several local community calendars
- Distribution of event promo flyers & posters
- An event day brochure
Our final deadline for securing sponsors is Friday, April 22th, 2015, so that we can adequately promote our sponsors prior to the event.
