Under this structure, business owners and/or employees will share the same renewal date.

This level of membership must be purchased by the Professional Member employer, who is required to submit a copy of the W-2 form, along with the employee's application for each employee seeking membership as a Multi-Person Business.

The membership belongs to the Professional Member (the employer), and is transferable to another designated employee with written notification to NAPO Chicago.
