The local chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers, NAPO Chicago, is offering you an exciting opportunity to join us as a sponsor for a worthwhile community event, NAPO Chicago’s 4th annual
“De-clutter Drive Thru” Donation, Recycle, and Shred Event.
The #DDT2016 provides an opportunity for the public to drop off one carload of items to be donated, shred, and recycled free of charge. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, May 7th, 2016 at 10am-2pm at the
MB Financial Bank parking lot at Irving Park & Damen streets in Chicago, IL.
This annual green event provides an opportunity for the community to declutter and dispose of their unwanted items, in an environmentally friendly way. At last year’s event, NAPO Chicago volunteers collected over 3,000 lbs of donations, 1,000 lbs of recyclables and 5,000 lbs of paper for shredding. Any local or national business can join this year’s event to promote their company or product via a monetary sponsorship contribution or an in-kind donation for our
event day prize drawing.
We rely on sponsorships to provide funds to support this free public event. In return, NAPO Chicago offers a number of sponsorship levels. Become a sponsor by mailing us your donation with a completed Sponsor Registration Form or registering online here.
We promote our sponsors in a variety of ways including pre-event promotions and provision of sponsors' information to all event participants. Our promotional plans provide exposure via:
· Media presence through a local television and/or radio station
· Social media channels
· Listing in several local community calendars
· Distribution of event promo flyers & posters
· Event day brochure
Our final deadline for securing sponsors is Monday, April 25th, 2016, so that we can adequately promote our sponsors prior to the event.
