There are consequences to conversations we have every day. When they go well, they lead to closer relationships, more sales, happier customers. When they go poorly, they consequences are hurt feelings, lost money, lost opportunities and more stress. Erin will teach us to:
- Identify your personal communication tendencies and how they trip you up.
- Tactical tips on how to make hard conversations easy.
- Turn the situations you are uncomfortable with into productive conversations.
For more than 20 years Erin has been studying, teaching and certainly having seemingly impossible conversations on a regular basis.
Whether as a decade spent as a female executive in the male-dominated insurance industry or as a small business owner herself, Erin has not only utilized her ability to have conversations to be successful, she has taught others how to do this as well.
Erin is now taking her message to a bigger audience, teaching people across the country how to save money and reduce stress by learning how to have conversations instead of avoiding them.
When not traveling for work, Erin is often traveling for pleasure. When home in Chicago she can often be found volunteering at PAWS.
