This learning session will focus on WHY an effective assessment process is fundamental to the successful professional organizing business. Building on NAPO University education courses OD 2-207 Client Intake Interviews and OD 2-208 Needs Assessment and Action Plan, our November program will offer members deeper insight into managing the client experience by understanding successful strategies for using assessment and communication. Successful NAPO Chicago colleagues will share insights into how they developed their own process, lessons learned and case studies from their own experience. Attendees will take away insights to help refine their own assessment tools and processes.
