Attorney Shanelle Edmonds is the Partner and co-owner of Eunoia Law firm in North Carolina. In her capacity at the firm, she handles complex legal matters in the areas of business and probate law, including but not limited to: business formations; contract drafting and negotiations pertaining to software licensing agreements, vendor agreements, employment agreements for entry level employees and executives, and client service agreements; acquisitions; compliance advising; HR Consulting; creation of internal/external policies and procedures; general legal counseling; estate and trust administrations; and family settlement agreements. Her clients range from startups to multimillion dollar companies.
Shanelle started her firm with her practice centered around the business owner after leaving a firm where she assisted individuals in family law, estate planning, probate law, civil litigation, and business law. The experience she gained in these various areas of law helps her provide a unique and tailored experience to her business clients, given these areas of law consistently find their way into business.
