Have you or one of your clients ever experienced back pain while organizing? Perhaps an appointment had to be re-scheduled or cut-short because one of you were unable to work? Organizing can be highly physical work and it is important to know how to move objects without injuring yourself - or your clients!

Lucky for NAPO-Chicago members and guests, two of our experienced Corporate Associates are here to help! First, Irene from Federal Companies/Allied Van Lines, will share a presentation about, "Proper Lifting Techniques." For example: Before you lift a heavy object, do you think it through? Do you know what your starting position should be? Important information for staying healthy on the job!

Think you are not strong enough to properly move a full file cabinet? GraceAnn Simoni, from Yours Redesigned will present follow-up information specifically targeting adaptations. She will share her "tricks of the trade" for safely moving large and/or heavy items that you may not have realized were available!
